ORLANDO IMMIGRATION COURT

The Orlando Immigration Court falls under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, which is a component of the Executive Office for Immigration Review under the Department of Justice. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and are therefore separate from the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

The Orlando Immigration Court is located at 3535 Lawton Rd #200, Orlando, FL 32803, and plays a key role in affording non citizens an opportunity to present claims for relief and stay in the United States.

The Orlando Immigration Court is open Monday through Friday,  8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Orlando Immigration is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The Orlando Immigration Court is open Monday – Thursday, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

The immigration court is closed daily for lunch from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
