ORLANDO IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY

LUIS ORTIZ

Luis Ortiz was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and embarked on a journey that led him to become an established immigration attorney. Arriving in the U.S. at a young age, Mr. Ortiz experienced firsthand the challenges and uncertainties faced by immigrants living without a permanent lawful status.

Driven by his own experiences, Mr. Ortiz pursued his academic aspirations at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2012. Fueled by his passion for justice and advocacy, he continued his education at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.

Early in his career, Mr. Ortiz dedicated his efforts to assisting immigrants at a legal aid organization, where he provided vital support and guidance to individuals navigating the complexities of immigration law. This formative experience shaped his understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrants and solidified his commitment to advocating for their rights. Mr. Ortiz later transitioned to a boutique law firm specializing in immigration, criminal, and family law, where he honed his skills as a versatile legal practitioner.

Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Brandt Immigration, Mr. Ortiz continues to focus on representing individuals and families through the complexities of the immigration system. Guided by his firsthand understanding of the immigrant experience, Mr. Ortiz remains steadfast in his commitment to helping immigrants achieve the American dream and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
